Turtle Beach, the accessories giant best known for its gaming headsets, has acquired PDP for the value of $118 million.

PDP was one step above MadCatz.

On the other hand, I LOVE my Turtle Beach Sealth 600. It's my favorite gaming headset I own.

PDP make trash controllers, two that I got for my XSS are pure shit....cheep plastic trash, two of them broke in 2 months.

The only time I dealt with either company was for Rock Band 4. I bought the original set which used MadCatz and my friend bought the reissue which used PDP. The drums especially were better with the PDP set but both would lose their connection with the Xbox quite frequently.
