I found the trailer for this new Adult Swim show very gripping. The series is created by Joseph Bennett (creator of Scavengers Reign) and Steve Hely, with Mike Judge (creator of King of the Hill, Beavis and Butt-Head, Silicon Valley, Office Space, Idiocracy) and Greg Daniels (also creator of King of the Hill, the US adaptation of The Office, Parks and Recreation) serving as executive producers. Mike Judge also voices the show's antagonist, and you'll hear him in the trailer.

The show follows two high school friends, Marshall and Frances, who reconnect and discover a new kind of drug that can allegedly cure all illnesses. In the process, they also uncover a conspiracy involving big pharma and the government to suppress all knowledge of said drug.

I should finish Scavenger Reign. Very inventive visuals and world in that show.

Mike Judge AND Greg Daniels? Count me in, those two are brilliant. Judge is channeling Hank Hill and Tom Anderson in the voice of his character too.

I'm also kind of fascinated by the fact that it's an animated show that doesn't appear to be a comedy.
