I play against like 1 giants deck in 20 games. Also control pally and control priest are good vs giants.

I think I'm gonna stop playing Wild for a while until this Giants bullshit is addressed. It sucks because I like Wild so much more than Standard usually, but I can only take so much.

same immediately lost 3 games with otk rogue.
I switched to wild once I realized nzoth pally was crap in standard during old gods but it morphed into secret paladin with lategame more than nzoth pally and eventually just cut NZoth altogether.

Wild was my escape from Jade Druids every other game... and now I'm running into this Naga Giants quite a bit... I almost exclusively play a Reno Jaina Mage deck.. this sucks

I give up on Hunter. I'm just going to go back to Priest.
Tried to make Prince Hunter, Deathrattle Hunter, Secret Hunter and Menagerie Hunter to work with no success.
Don't think Deathrattle is too far off from being. If only Blizzard had given Roll the Bones to Hunter instead of Rogue...

I'm still playing hunter in standard and having success with it. Last month I climbed from 10-4 using it. I needed to switch because I was getting frustrated using Paladin and getting wrecked by priest.Peléo;248748527 said:

Another thing I keep seeing hunters do is playing their DK when I'm at less than 10 health.... like... why? You probably would've won had you not done that. Most of the time I think they're holding 2 kill commands and already have the game won, but nope.

you'd constantly be matched up against crazily teched decks is my guess.
I'm not saying Hunter is unplayable and I quite like how the new DK works with the class.
I was just highlighting how my experimentations with the new archetypes didn't work out very well.

I'm at 496 wins with rogue need to be careful that I play Valeera on my 500th win.
Valeera is as good as people thought, if rogue wasn't so bad she'd probably be 3rd or 4th most powerful DK.

Yeah, druid is the main thing holding Hunter back, and you can ban druid. Hunter on ladder is mediocre right now but I'd take hunter to a tournament.

use it to your own advantage by making a wonky deck. i think the giants are pretty cool cause, i can make a wonky DK hunter deck for instance, and it's playable due to the giants package being all neutral. druid and warlock have big advantages but just the basic package gives you a solid shell to try out some classes u normally have weak library for, or just don't play.
i think it is better to have strong neutral package in the game like giants, which any class can utilize, versus something like pirate, where priest just can't use outside of meme
for teh funz, zombeasts are the reason i play the class so much.

Pulled a UI after crafting two... darn.
Valeera is one of the few death Knights that is actually fun to play with as her hero power still requires a lot of finesse. The only downside is that I sometimes mill myself due to her always spawning the 10th card before a draw.

Well I agree, I have a ton of fun using the DK. However, I'm not gonna use it if I know I'm about to win a match lol.

Man, I love shitting on Big Priest. This dude played like 5 Lich Kings and still lost.
Granted getting Shadow Visions (into Hex) and Tarim from my Un'Goro pack helped a bit.

How is midrange hunter the best deck against pirate warrior, the only way you win is if they either fail in their draws or you get a good golakka?
Nzoth isn't that good right now because classes have either burst (priest, anyfin) can end the game a bit faster (giants) or have just straight better lategame (fatigue).
Even if giants get nerfed, i suspect nzoth will still be a on a decline with razas, jades and fatigue decks around.

N'Zoth is part of two Fatigue lists, though, since Deathlord helps run through your opponent's deck.
There are two big DK Anduin decks running around right now, and one of them runs N'Zoth + value deathrattles to help fill your hand with hero power activators.
I also hit legend with Control Shaman last month, and that has N'Zoth as one of its win conditions.
Giants are fucking up Wild big time, though, and hopefully they reverse that change. But N'Zoth isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
If you want to talk about cards that are dying out, look at Jaraxxus, Piloted Shredder, and Dr. Boom. You will encounter Dr. Boom maybe 1 out of 10 matches, I haven't seen Jaraxxus in almost a month, and Piloted Shredder is extremely rare because it has zero synergy with anything outside of N'Zoth, and N'Zoth decks are usually more defensive.
Was talking about pally which has mostly switched to anyfin to counter the meta. Anyfin package is just better in the metagame right now.
Also yeah, Nzoth isn't leaving anything, i just think it will decline from being the premiere lategame wincon to being one of the lategame wincon with better fatigue lists, razakus and jades (UI) getting better.
LOL just to emphasize how Pirate Warrior is extremely favored against Midrange Hunter, I just played Pirate Warrior to complete a Pirates quest and queued into a Midrange Hunter. Not only did I draw Patches in my mulligan, I also got Golakka'd on turn 2. And.... I still won.
If the hunter had 1-2 they usually not lose
Also if the golakka dead to some war axe play.. yeah thing can be became bad
The golaka eat 2 turn worth of play is where pirate warrior cannot come back

in paper it should, in practice I don't see it happening too much. one of those played against me yesterday against my jade druid, I still won.

i swear, i don't see skulking geist anywhere on ladder when play other deck, but i switch to jade idol deck, everyone has one on curve. but, that's why i made hybrid naga giants crossed with jade deck, cause either way i bleed out a bunch of 8/8 cancer!

naga is super good with ultimate infestation, since if it draws any of the giants, they are almost guaranteed to be free. therefore u are getting half a hand full of cards, 2 5/5s guaranteed, plus free 8/8(s?). this will happen twice during the game if ur lucky and it forces tf out of removal which can let the jades start jammin. you can drop black knight or mulch for another giant for sure, but maybe the 4 mana ramp would be better since you just want to ramp , draw, and drop big things anyway.

Nah man he is right, PW fan win even if Golakka is played. Who cares if a Pirate got killed and they played a 2 mana 3/4? If it's not a board clear or a taunt, PW is still going to keep pushing face and Hunter has no recovery mechanics.
