LTTP: Current gen graphics - Robocop: Even the net wire is 3D!

After 7 years i finally got a new graphics card. It's only a 3060 12Gb so not much, but perfectly fine for finally enjoying some current gen games. My previous GTX 1060 was simply not equipped for this. So i kept many newer games in my backlog waiting to play them properly.

The first game i tried is Robocop. I never saw such level of close up detail in any game before:

Graphics look amazing overall too

It helps the game itself is pretty good as well. But it's the visuals that are mostly striking to me.

Playing at 60fps, highest settings, 1080p. Also using DLSS (quality) which was such an elusive thing for me for so long. And now i can see what the fuss was all about. The image is sharp, clean and i completely forgot about antialiasing artifacts.

Next game will be The Talos Principle 2. And then Silent Hill 2 Remaster. I'm going to wait a bit for that one for a few more patches.

I wonder if all modern games look nearly as good as this or better.

We don't talk positively abouts PC here bro. Get with the current times.

BS out if the way. Robocop is an awesome game.

I got Robocop for Xmas and played 4-5 hours on the PS5 Pro. What a fun game and graphically impressive too!

Recommend this to anyone looking for an old-skool palette cleanser, just a good gory shooter with a simple but compelling gameplay loop of gaining xp to make OP Robocop even more OP!

Is this like the final form of a graphics whore? Because I've been more fascinated by amazing graphics lately, but I don't want to end up like this guy, staring at gutters and 3D wires.

Have you noticed a weird glitch during the cutscenes when playing on the PS5 Pro? It seems to be a constant for me and wondered if anybody else playing on the Pro had noticed.

Yes, some of the cutscenes have a split-second grid-effect between transitions - it's definitely a glitch but my brain is saying "don't worry it's a retro 80s homage!"

Also Quality mode is bad - even using the Pro, Performance mode is the far better way to play (and to be fair the graphics are great in that mode).
