Mice experiment as step to create mammoth-like elephants

Experiments on mice could see hairy, genetically modified elephants living in the Arctic, a US company claims.

A US company has genetically tinkered with some mice to make them hairier and not giant.

The researchers found that the animals had longer, curlier hair, but no evidence that the mammoth's fat-increasing gene had an effect.

They plan to make hairy elephants that can live up in the tundra regions, not quite Jurassic Park but maybe it will work?

My morbidly obese neighbors sometimes leave their bedroom curtains open....I imagine it's kinda like that, just sloths have less body hair.

Don't think Dodo is possible, pretty sure the last stuffed one people knew of burned in a fire. And most depictions of them are based on paintings from a Dutch guy who never saw one.
