Face Training is not a normal training game. It's based on a specific japanese cultural phenomenon, Facening. The game itself really had no chance to sell outside the audience for Facening in general.

It'd be like if there was a South Beach Training or something here. If you weren't interested in the South Beach diet, you wouldn't be interested in a video game based on it.

(and Facening especially is dubious and not well supported by research, unlike most of the training games)
