Er, yeah. I only peeked at the rumors 2nd hand via SH/RE dedicated sites but looking at Geno's rumors directly on DP there's some batshit stuff on there. He/she still seems to get some oddly specific details semi-right (Revelations HD, Pokémon NFC game, DKCR 3DS, etc) but I guess if you throw enough shit at a wall, some's bound to stick, right?

You can look at the staff list, only parts they didn't do were music and sound effects. A couple other roles (directors, scenario) are shared. Namco Bandai is stupidly hands off when it comes to Tales, so much so that it depends solely on the developer to stay true to all the series' stables people expect from Tales. Dimps clearly wasn't all too familiar with Tales before developing this.

I think that it is likely that there is some sort of deal between Capcom and Nintendo regarding Monster Hunter, i agree to that, but i think it would be strange of Capcom to release two Monster Hunter games that close to eachother, eventhough one of the games is a port and the other one is an enhanched version. But who knows, i guess it is not impossible.

I don't recall anything like that. But Tempest together with Dawn of the New World are the only times where an already announced release time for a Tales game got significantly delayed (~1/2 year) for improving the product, or so the PR went.
