Sounds like a PS4 announcement to me. Notice how the title of the YouTube video is "#Playstation2013," not "#PS3."

They have a couple of portables in addition to a digital gaming platform compatible with smartphones and tablets under this brand.
It's more likely to see there their upcoming games for Q2 and Q3 2013.
