A lot of Europeans want to think the whole UK has become awful post Brexit. It really hasn’t. There are pockets of it I despise, but on the whole it’s doing okay.

This is unironically a real thing, I'd say it'd be a totally exaggeration if I hadn't experienced it myself. Recent example, I've not long came back from Naples and had a chap come over to our table (we were pissed up Englishmen ofc). Naturally after a bit of bantz he brought up the whole Brexit thing and seemed flummoxed when we didn't seemed arsed about it and is long since been considered ancient news back home. And in terms of being tradesmen, we earn more money and are in higher demand now.

I don't know what the fuck kind of propaganda they're pushing over there but it did trouble me a little.

Nice fella, but he was the academic type who looked like he lived and breathed the politico.eu front-page so that was probably it.

I've never seen a polish person stan for France like that before. If he's polish, then it's been more bizarre.

I've had this account for a year now and I've noticed every chance he gets he's obsessed with taking a shit on England.
