I'm looking forward to seeing their post release content realised if the list of stuff they proposed see's the light of day. 2025 could be a good year for Starfield but the extreme weather and landscapes is what has me sporting a woody, but sadly that is 2026 territory.

Today, Bethesda Game Studios revealed via its social networks that it has a lot of exciting things planned for the game this year.

The space RPG's profile avoided providing any information about this, but encouraged players with its positive response and reminded them that the team is continuing to work hard on the game.

Remember Todd said he wanted Starfield to have 1 expansion every year because he felt they stopped supporting Fallout 4 and Skyrim too soon. That and he said Starfields expansion this year is supposed to be far harbor size.

A good game. I enjoyed it. Not the game of a generation but it was good.

At the end, much like a post Room on Fire Strokes album....it never quite got to where you wanted it to go.

Forget about Starfield and don't waste any more time on that trash. Even if they improve the gameplay to a 10/10 amount, it won't save the game. Interest in that game will never be on pair with Elder Scrolls or Fallout due to the plain ass lore that doesn't even interest any decent or good modders.

Would be better to abandon this excuse of project and move efforts towards ES6 so it won't be a misarable boring game as well. The game is nowhere near release, take opportunity to get every piece of feedback and use on it.

Console controls ruined this game. If you're going with FPS then get your damned FPS controls solid. Great on PC, shite on console. I won't be revisiting this one.
Is the frame rate any good on the PC version? I found it incredibly bad on the Series X and I’m one of those people that never really complains about frame rate. There’s just this constant stuttering that makes it really hard to play. I finished the game and got about halfway through the Shattered Space expansion before deleting it.

It got cleaned up a lot in patches, like a year after release. Have a decent PC and tweak to what you like performance wise. It's capable now of a smooth framerate, wasn't the case at launch.

I don't hear anyone clamoring for the RPG/NPC side of the game, rather the space combat and extreme weather, which is done so very well in NMS already. Not sure what this will bring to the table.

Exciting and Starfield are two words that should never be put together in the same sentence
Hey, you take that back! Just look at the amazing nightclub picture above for the most sinful club on the most sinful Starfield planet and tell us that doesn’t make your blood heat up!!! 😉😂🤣

That would have been awesome if they kept making those expansion sized DLCs like Dragonborn, Dawnguard, Far Harbor, and Nuka World for 20 dollars each. So much wasted potential with those lame creation club quest dlcs like the Cause and Ghost of the Tribunal. Saints and Seducers were saved by the Extended Cut mod at least but Ghost of the Tribunal and the Cause should have been a fullblown 20 dollar dlc each in the quality of Dawnguard/Dragonborn.

In an attempt to gain more sales , istead of putting out smaller updates here and there they will be smushing them up into something they can bundle as a big "fix" for the game to coincide with its release on other platforms.

Having lots of outlets parroting the same line in the weeks prior to it dropping will be the play.

Cool.

I enjoyed my time with it. But it was obvious they had something more in mind with those planets.

Would love to see some super rare elements needed for upgrades that can push exploration forward.

Turn this into looter shooter. Ingredients are there for a kick ass, addictive game here. It needs to come together though.

I’m not eager for any update the game I paid for was barren and bug riddled. Missing storylines and just plain boring IMHO.

I’m not holding my breath for a resurrection but I would interested in them finally releasing a game that’s 75% of what they market it as!
