Yeah. I wanted to include her bio because she is an important character, and everyone else's last name is revealed, so...
Backers will be getting a behind the scenes type PDF book in the future, so maybe it'll be revealed then.

Eh. I think it's a great idea. Expands their customer base. With censoring they can even release it for iOS. And with that money they can release more games like this.

I don't think a censored version would work. The game has good writing for a porn game, but it doesn't stand on its own. The scenarios are just too short to be entertaining by their own merit.

I really think all five guys are awesome. Their personalities are so distinct, yet all of them are extremely endearing and wildly attractive!
I can't even think of another dating sim where I genuinely liked every single datable character. Usually I have to find the one or two gems amidst the duds.

I have to say, No, Thank You!!!'s style doesn't appeal to me as much as COOT. I just did a search and found that a demo was released last month. I guess I should give it a try.
I was surprised to like everyone as much as I did. It's really quite an achievement to create such an appealing and diverse cast. (I understand that some players think the guys should have more varied body types, but selfishly, I'm glad they all fit my own preference.)
All of the characters come across as believable people too. There's so much more to this game than the sex scenes. I'm not a big player of dating sims but I don't imagine you can say that about most other titles.
The creator there's a secret relationship route available next year. What are the chances that it's Brad's brother, Beau?
I mean, it could be Penny (but that's only good for 1 passing playthrough) and correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a passing bit of dialogue Beau says under his breath that hinted that he too is deep in the closet?
That itself should be its own DLC expansion! A tug-of-wangs between Mark and brothers Brad and Beau! Who will Mark choose? And which brother will Ian get as leftovers?

Definitely give the demo a spin. The tone of the story is very different than COOT, but the characters are equally as endearing and there is lots of humor mixed in with the drama. (NTY has an underlying mystery that connects everything.) Haru, the MC of NYT, is totally different than Mark though, almost polar opposites. I don't want to say anything else due to spoilers but you'll see when you play.
Yeah, the cast is top notch IMO. (And I'm totally with you there on the body types, these dudes are right up my alley~)
But just so people are aware, the seven stand alone mini-routes/dates are going to try and focus more on different physiques and age groups. And Obscura has mentioned in the past, than if any of these Bro Finder dates prove to be really popular, she might feature them in a future game.
Right now I'm leaning towards Beau (or Roman) too. I'm pretty sure it won't be Penny, or any of the other female characters, but It'll almost certainly be someone already in the game I imagine, otherwise she'd have to do a lot of reprogramming... but who knows? It's pretty dang exciting either way.

I finally played this. Not too bad but I find the interactions with the lead guys are lacking (too much studying/fish stuff/flatmates stuff). I want more interactions with Brad/Alex.
Def a nice change from the usual feminine trope used on yaoi. Although "Hanamachi Monogatari" tried to diverge from the twinky types too and introduced a few normal and some beefcake in the lineup.

Hanamachi Monogatari does have some nice looking suitors, but the MC looks like he just got released from the hospital for extreme malnutrition. He might snap into pieces if you looked at him wrong. *HM Spoilers*
If I recall correctly, that is intentional due to the story, but it's still kinda weird to me to fetishize that.
I think it might be a possible title for MangaGamer to tackle though if No, Thank You!!! proves to be a success. (Which I think it will judging by the strong support for the demo version, and the success of COOT.) They've already been hinting at other BL games.

HanaMachi MC is a major turn-off, indeed. At least for me. Not only he's a twink, he seems to suffer from stockholm syndrome.

Yeah, I don't know much about the game, but I really don't care for the MC at all, looks or personality wise.
Which is a shame, because the other characters look awesome, and the artwork is beautiful.

I have one and I installed it on the main hard drive part of my ASUS (my screen) instead of my extended hard drive (the keyboard). That way I can detach the screen from the keyboard and carry it anywhere I want like a tablet.

My first play through I was aiming for Phil, since he's so incredibly hot but I failed and got Brad instead. No problem. Phil is a little hard edge and I don't like military guys.

I find it a bit tough to reconcile the hilarious /great writing with the hardcore porn sometimes. Which is weird, because both elements are great. It's so weird. It's like we've all been conditioned to have terrible writing go hand in hand with anything featuring hardcore sexual content. So it's taking getting used to. Even though it's excellent and basically the way life goes (complex characterization + actual sex, uncensored)
