True, but I have a pretty small betting inventory so I usually rely on these relatively safe, low return bets to generate value.

casual competitive is fuckin' aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiids, that gold vanguard badge was not worth it! I end up having to mute half of the people in the server every time.

Yeah, I disable the mic when I play casual or DM.
That's what I'm saying! Almost as bad as playing COD *pukes a bit*
Also I have a question about DM.... does it purposefully spawn the person you killed right on top of the person you 90% of the time?

I notice it does do that a lot, however I think it's just due to the crappy spawns in DM.

People are still fucking shit on there. Like I thought about it as some kind of amazing place where good communication etc. happens regularly but no - lol one game I played no one even talked once. People just... typed. Aim of people is a bit better, but I dont have any big issues keeping up. Sometimes games still feel like you're playing vs Novas.
Oh yeah, and everyone thinks they're some kind of Pro so everyone is a douchebag

So I traded away my Wasteland Rebel for this, I had my fun with the AK but it was really doing it for me so I put in on CSGL...this was easily the best offer I got (People on CSGL LOVE to lowball -_-).

It's probably got a lot to do with where you're playing but I've played like 10+ solo matches in the last three days and I found this rarely to be the case (we're talking MGE's and DMG's).
There have been a few matches where a few of my teammates seemed like they have no business being at this rank (aim, game sense, no info, etc) and some that straight up started insulting me or harassing me when I said I know what I'm doing when they started telling me what to do in a clutch situation. BUT almost every time I managed to "win" them over by doing good plays, giving good info or just commending someone for playing well. Common courtesy goes a long way.
Hell, I had one team where there was absolutely zero info and communication for the first 5 or 6 rounds, it was just me trying my best to keep everyone informed on enemy movement. I slowly but surely coaxed them to start using their mics which lead to a great match in the end.
Yea.. I'm playing from Central Europe - and it was at night during a time where East Europe is probably way more active. So maybe that was just me having bad luck, gonna play a bit more today and see if its the same during other times haha. My post was just my very first impressions I got from playing on that rank.
Thank goodness I was going to bet on them too.
Made a nice little win because of their win against mouz just now. I'm on a pretty good roll recently, maybe I should step up my game and bet more than 1-2$ on some games.

Alright, after udiies insane play yesterday on the Gaf server I looked into what I can do - and installed GOTV on it.
Server now records a demo of every match automatically.
Didn't figure spectating out yet though.. but I'll get there. So if anything cool happens in a Gaf match - we'll have demos now.
Edit: Oh by the way I experimentally set the server to 128 tick as well. We'll see if that works alright.

Probably true. I remember a montage a while back where the 'ninja' seemed to do nothing but try to ninja. Team was losing, he was not contributing. Just sitting on the site with his smoke in hand, waiting for the push so he could try to ninja and if it worked he'd put it in the montage.
edit: also played a MM game for the first time in.. weeks? today. Lost 16-12 or something, my mouse was acting up for the first 4 rounds which didn't help. Playing with randoms is so shitty compared to playing with a team + mumble.
For those times when you barely can't afford an AK. Or just are anti-eco'ing some CT nubz.

i've had some pretty nice clutches with it. had an ace/1v3 clutch on the last round. all headshots. other team started crying about me aimbotting
i love the galil. probably only because of the cerberus skin, my favorite skin in the game probably
