There's no "people seeing the light" . We are just outnumbered by inept gamers who just want games where you have to spam A to brute force open doors or lift trees out of your path and that's why most games are completely gimped that take all brain power out of the equation

This is how the game was designed to be played. It's a masterpiece in design. However, I understand It's not for most people, and that's okay, but please stop trying to disparage games that you don't understand

You seem personally offended that people like 2016 more. You and some of the other Special needs gamer is insinuating that it's a skill based issue and that it's a system issue. We can all conclude some things from your post.

1) You are a PCMRer. No one was bringing up systems and yet, here we are.

1b) Because you're very annoyed that consoles exist and it's for unskilled gamers to casually play games, we can also conclude you have an overpriced system that you don't actually know how to use. Its okay, you'll get there one day. You actually didn't need to blow your part-time Starbucks paychecks for 6 weeks to get that 5090 for your collection of visual novels. Integrated graphics works wonder for those

2) Your back catalog is in the thousands, full of things you didn't want to buy but you like to big chief that collection. Sadly though, you don't actually play any games and when you do, you finish them with cheats and achievement unlockers to own people online

3) You're young which really just means your opinions don't matter.

4) Doom 2016 is way better and you will submit to its better visuals, better soundtrack, better level design, darker feel, and it's down to earth battles vs Fortnite skyhook Eternal.

I've finished both on PC and PS5, but 2016 hits on a different level and feels much more like a Doom game. If Eternal was so perfect, why are they saying away from it?
