Going by Speakers Networks newest part of their XIV 1.0 documentary series, that SE's 1st early access of the beta of 2.0 has serious server issues on the NA/EU servers. But not Japan's.

Ended up the server farm that SE went with here couldn't handle what they needed. So it's probably good they already have moved the American servers weeks ago and probably work through most of the bugs.
