You are correct but in MS case they actually saved tomb raider though, I remember reading an article years back that the game wasn’t even going to be made without MS money, they essentially funded it. They were not happy with sales of the first game

Same was said of Street Fight V from what I understand. The list of paid timed exclusives go far beyond those two games though.

I’m convinced CORE had TR2 running on the Saturn and it was running better than he PSX version at the time Sony money hatted EIDOS. CORE were wizards.

Yup also remember that, Shame it didn’t make its way to Xbox the way tomb raider did PS eventually but if that saved the game from not existing then so be it
