It's what's on Gpara. :lol They copied Killzone 2's description info onto Mario Kart Wii. It's fixed now. Thanks for the catch. :)

Edit:
Gpara also had PS2 PowerPro Major League 2009 with a LTD of 583K, and it was released last week. At least I got that one before posting. :p

I was kinda under the impression that it was staying consistent but that software on every other console was dropping like flies.

EDIT: Oh wait, it looks like Wii Fit and Taiko got a bump thanks to Golden Week.

Wii Fit is such a killer application and market defining product, so impressive. I don't know how WiiMotion+ can be on par with it.

Whats with the expectations of Golden Week being a holiday where sales go up? Golden Week is pretty much a go visit relatives/go on a small trip/go SOMEWHERE kind of holiday, not one where people go and buy stuff or give gifts. The only conceivable reason I could think of that could cause a bump is grandparents spoiling the kids with some spending money.

Holy fuck, not only they don't start diminishing differences between Famitsu and MC but the difference is now even bigger since Famitsu tracked DB and Made in Ore higher again and Persona rounded to the same quantity.

Fami vs MC
+29k for DBKai
+17k for Made in Ore
+16k for Persona

Madness. Its funny though that the Pokemon title in the other hand is exactly at the same LTD (283k) in both. I wonder what will Dengeki do...

It's more around 193k if we are to assume it sold another 5k this week. 200k is within reach, 250k maybe if the Best keeps it's legs like this for a while.10 more weeks selling 5k about average, maybe or not.

Yeah, interesting that they flipped - Media Create has Wii outselling PS3 by more than Famitsu does.

Unless the PS3 has a pretty big release planned I don't think we'll see either predicting PS3 in the lead for a long while.

Serves them well (Konami as a publisher). Despite Playmaker 2009 beeing a really good game and the obvious effort put by the developers, it´s just more than dumb to release that game last and when the season is nearly over for the second time (and probably third time with Playmaker 2010).

These are first day sales, so you can expect something closer to maybe 15k for the week, but yes, this isn't great news. Konami's handling of the franchise on the Wii has been terrible - the only good decision they made was in letting the dev team rework the series fully, but they seem to have made every attempt to sabotage that good work at every stage.
