Nope. Nobody is allowed to be happy about this. Not even bitter MML fans!

Maybe 3 to 4 weeks if Yakuza 5 gives the PS3 a decent boost.
Btw, what about Black Ops Declassified? Didn't it chart at all or is it just not released yet in Japan?

Vita sinking again...
Scheduled for December 20, it seems
The first pair had about 250k combined, the second about 150k combined.
So, yes, it's the series' lowest debut, but it'll have nice legs over the holidays. Maybe not a million seller as might have been hoped, but certainly not a bomba.
:lol
I will never understand how the market works in JP.
Blops2 looks on pace to become the best-selling COD in Japan.Yes, it was pretty funny when MW3 outsold Ninokuni and Skyward Sword last year.

Is there even any truth to E.X. Troopers being built on MML3's corpse? Not that it would have sold any better, if the PSP numbers for the ports of the first two games are anything to go by.as a bitter Mega Man Legends 3 fan, I am kinda happy about this

Your numbers indicate otherwise. Not a huge diff anyway though, considering trackers aren't 100% accurate anyway.Worst debut for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

2nd worst, or am I reading wrong?
Worst thing is I'm sure EX Troopers would sell better than this in West.

You're reading it right, but context is needed. Rescue Team Red/Blue are the same game. They're just separated because of the platforms.

Was it marketed differently? Why is there only one edition?

It's a sign for Pokemon Company to not use 3D models in the next mainline Pokemon game, lol. Mystery Dungeon 3DS is the first one in the series to ditch the sprites.
It might sell better than this, sure, since the US is a bigger market than Japan. But would it sell enough to justify Capcom spending their time and resources on localizing and marketing the game? Maybe not. Selling more than 25k, isn't a benchmark a big publisher aims for. Lol.
Sure, but I doubt EX Troopers is a heavy text game.
So even if they release it english only in Europe and USA, it might still bring more money.
Maybe not enough for Capcom's tastes.
E.X. Troopers bombed hard. Mystery Dungeon didn't seem to do so hot either.
And will the 3DS pass the PS3 by the end of the year? Seems pretty likely.
Dat 3D graphics curse.....i fear for the main-games now.

It's a voice heavy game. That's already more expensive than text!
Of course it isn't.125k+ isn't a huge difference?
Alright.
Except its just 20k behind the last title which used sprites at the DS's high point.
