Nope, they're STILL in stock. Immediately at 12PM, this is what it said, but every time I've purchased a PS5 through Walmart or Walmart+ it has ALWAYS claimed the ps5 was sold out. Never trust that. Wait out that time limit they give you with two browser windows open, and you'll get yourself a PS5. I could have bought a second one if they allowed me to do so.

It said it was sold out, but it wasn't actually. It never is so long as you have that countdown timer.

But once you get one... they basically block you from buying anymore like this.

Where do you live? In USA there are no stores that do that. We have some that require a premium subscription plan to even attempt to purchase (walmart, gamestop, best buy ) meaning you have to pay an extra $100 or something for those services.. These companies are doing legit scalping by making you jump through their membership hoops.

It took me 1 year 4 months to get a ps5, and only by Sony Direct. I had gotten 3 emails , 3 seperate times from them. Usually the night before at like 1am on a Sunday. One time i missed it. Other two times I would go to login and by the time i would be able to click buy it would say out of stock. Last time was miracle. Buying consoles shouldn't be this hard on year 2. I understand launch issues but damn, covid is done.

Yeah the queue system should be in place, put down a downpayment and get in a list. 1 per customer. Why they don't do this , i don't understand. EVGA does it for graphics cards, but they are the only ones. It promotes consumer good will and lowers stress of buying.

yeah the original post I am responding to is criticising me being positive to the negative feedback that resulted in this not happening. So I know...

dude people were angry for one specific track. which was fisherman ranch, everything else was irrelevant.
all of these are side content, this isn't the main content which is the cafe and circuit experience and the missions.
to put in perspective i haven't done any these races till today because i was lucky enough to get the update as soon as i finish the cafe, people that already had finished the main content were grinding and got mad when fisherman ranch got nerfed.

that's exactly right, you where lucky, we got access to a boat load of credits allowing us to mess around with more awesome cars (I myself have spent a good amount of time trying to recreate the Zeonic Toyota on other Toyota's as there is no Auris in GT7) or pick up a Legendary. However had you not been and things had gone to plan then you would be stuck in Fishermans ranch along with everyone else if you wanted something outside of the second hand dealer or lower PP customisation in a timely manner. So grats to the community for giving you that opportunity by being as vocally annoying as possible about it.

im not saying the criticism wasnt deserved but there was more to the game than those missions. whicch shit blew out of proportion/ also btw if you use the tomahank the thing will definitely get nerfed next patch because polyphony already acknowledge a glitch with the pp on that car

Sometimes they do that to throw people off. Even trying back within a 5 hour window of initial opening you can get lucky. I've gotten 3 to 4 of the ones I've purchased through walmart after 25-30 minutes. I got 2 after 2 hours. The one I saw still available after 5 hours I couldn't get anymore at that point due to a 1 per person limit, but a friend managed to get one.

Soon as I said that, it's now showing a higher price of $833. But that doesn't necessarily mean they're gone yet. I would keep checking till 6PM every now and then. Sometimes they pop back up on there, possibly due to something happening with someone's purchase or maybe they didn't fully put out the full inventory right away.

How could anyone expect it to sell. It's almost like neither Bethesda nor Sony wanted to put in the effort.

I prefer to believe the game didn't sell because it is tecnically bad.
They tried too much modes to not delivery any good.

Nobody wants to play these games on an old ass ps4 that barely runs them. They will have longer legs than usual. Though, sony games have long legs anyway. People thought both horizon and gow were at 15m at most before the sales updates put them above 20m.

I wonder how much Spider-Man and TLOU have sold by now? TLOU was above 20M years ago. Spider-Man has for sure surpassed that, specially after the remastered edition for PS5.

I wonder how much Spider-Man and TLOU have sold by now? TLOU was above 20M years ago. Spider-Man has for sure surpassed that, specially after the remastered edition for PS5.

By the time spider-man 2 is nearing release, I expect spider-man would be close to or over 30m. It could even be there already. Sony are very random with updates so we never actually know. Even I was surprised at horizon selling over 20m.

Wow I’m in Europe, Portugal!
All I had to do was place an order on a PS5, if you pay while being on the wait list , law states they have to deliver it in less than 15 days or your money goes back to you! Since I didn’t put any money in advanced it took me 3 weeks to got one. All stores do it here.
