I'm going for a local brick seller and he still has Pets.
What makes Parisian the best out of the rest though?
It's small but PACKED with details. The interior of the restaurant and the front of the building are pure building joy.
However, I would get Pet Shop at this point. It's bigger and less detailed, but it's a very cool build and it's extremely flexible. If you buy any number of modulars, you are going to want it eventually and it's probably going away next (unless Palace Cinema beats it). I think the only reason why it's still around is that most of the parts are relatively common. It has no completely unique parts. Although, I'd be wary once Lego removes other sand blue sets out of their rotation.
Parisian Restaurant is the better set though and the second best after Green Grocer.
