Doesn't seem as it's PS2 Classics rerelease, article says it'll be at a 720p resolution with better draw distance and lighting.
¥ 3.240+taxes, do digital games usually get taxes? Article shows no box but I don't think it says it's digital only either.
They also mention that the game is the all time best selling game on the PS2 and that all versions have sold over 34m units, pretty sure that includes Xbox and PC though.

Actually, my brain was backwards and I misread the post. Switch WiiU and PS4.

I think I saw a North American box art yesterday. It's based off the 360 version that came out last year I think and I think that was based on the IOS version.I've got to ask... why? Wouldn't this work better to release on PS4? Also is this Japanese exclusive? Or does this exist in some digital form for the rest of the world?
Week 47, 2015 (19th of November)
[PS4] Star Wars: Battlefront (EA Japan)
[WIU] Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival (Nintendo) <21st of November>
[3DS] Pokemon Rumble World (Pokemon Co.)
[PS4] [PSV] Grand Kingdom (Spike Chunsoft)
[PS4] [PS3] [PSV] Atelier's Sophie (Koei Tecmo)
[PS4] Sword Art Online: Lost Song (Bandai Namco)
Also this week:
[3DS] Shantae: Kaizoku no Noroi (Shantae and the Pirate's Curse) (Intergrow)
It's confirmed to be a retail release in Japan.

[3DS] Disney Magic World 2: My Happy Life # <ETC> (Bandai Namco Games) - 20% The bundle is hardly moving
According to Rakuten it was the best selling, so do you think this game was overshipped, Hiska? Or it is expected to sell in Christmas?
Comgnet retail store chain: preorder comparisons / stats as of November 6th, 2015. Embargoed edition
[3DS] Monster Hunter 4 - 2555pt*
[3DS] Monster Hunter 4G - 1683pt
[3DS] Monster Hunter Cross - 1828pt
[3DS] Monster Strike - 193pt
[3DS] Project X Zone - 90pt
[3DS] Project X Zone 2: Brave New World - 26pt + 14pt = 40pt
First Day Sell-Through {2015.11.05}
[3DS] [WIU] [PS3] [PS4] LEGO Jurassic World <ADV> (Warner Entertainment Japan) - between 10-30% depending on the version
Good to see Cross to continue to do well in comgnet. Project x Zone 2 is down quite a bit, although I could potentially see why. Btw, Mpl, could you do a comparison with Monster Strike and Puzzles & Dragons Z's preorders?
やっぱり! Didn't know how the first entry shipped. So, I suppose this one will be around the same numbers. The blog says that it won't be any problem to sell the full shipment this Christmas season.
The first entry shipped more than 200k first week.
Well, maybe it's not that accurate but on Rakuten the order regarding sales was 3DS>PS3=PS4>>>WiiU, so maybe it could be a little bit clear with this.So there weren't any more specific than that about %s (like which SKUs were closer to 30 vs. 10)? Based on previous sales of Lego games, I'd assume 3DS & Wii U sell better than PS3 & PS4, but obviously a lot depends on shipping amounts.
42 Days from release:
[3DS] Monster Strike - 193pt
[3DS] Puzzle & Dragons Z - 236pt
And I wonder if Splatoon will be enough to save the WiiU this Xmas??
25./25. [3DS] Monster Hunter Diary: Poka Poka Airou Village DX (Capcom) {2015.09.10} - 2.595 / 97.313 (+3%)
27./14. [PSV] Tokyo Xanadu (Japan Falcom) {2015.09.30} - 2.400 / 131.165 (-44%)
I've got to ask... why? Wouldn't this work better to release on PS4? Also is this Japanese exclusive? Or does this exist in some digital form for the rest of the world?
This week's releases {2015.11.05}
http://www.hd.square-enix.com/eng/news/pdf/16q2slides.pdfThe Square Enix group (the “Group” is continuing determined efforts to strengthen the competitiveness and
profitability of its business segments of Digital Entertainment, Amusement, Publication and Merchandising.
Net sales for the six-month period ended September 30, 2015 totaled ¥86,360 million (an increase of 18.1% from the
same period of the prior fiscal year), operating income amounted to ¥12,583 million (an increase of 47.9% from the
same period of the prior fiscal year), ordinary income amounted to ¥12,930 million (an increase of 43.7% from the
same period of the prior fiscal year).
Amazon, I know, I know, but PS4 software is currently owning the chart:

Blops effect?
First Day Sell-Through {2015.11.05}
*Call of Duty: Black Ops III sell-through won't be shared because it releases on Friday
[PSV] To Love Ru Trouble: Darkness - True Princess # <ACT> (FuRyu) - 50%
[PS4] Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force # <RPG> (Compile Heart) - 30%
[3DS] Disney Magic World 2: My Happy Life # <ETC> (Bandai Namco Games) - 20% The bundle is hardly moving
Yikes at the bolded. This port-the-PS3-game-to-PS4-in-anticipation-of-the-sequel (also Witch & Hundred Knight) doesn't seem to be going too well.
Do FuRyu hold the rights to the licence for To Love Ru games? This is the second one from them now.
Disney Magic Castle is hardly a day-one seller. Previous one sold 100k FW and 500k LTD.
even considering this, ps4 numbers are far from goodPeople need to have more realistic expectations of today's market.
Here's how Square Enix's games are performing and the mobile games they consider hits.
The mobile games are:
1.) Sangokushi Rumble
2.) Dragon Quest Monsters: Super Light
3.) Schoolgirl Strikers
4.) Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (DeNA)
5.) Kai-ri-Sei Million Arthur
6.) Mobius Final Fantasy
7.) Kingdom Hearts Unchained X
8.) Final Fantasy Grandmasters
9.) Dragon Quest of the Stars
10.) Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius
If it's not on the list, you can consider it to not be very relevant, even if it's potentially making a modest profit.
True, but I feel there's a gap between "not a day 1 seller" and "the bundle is hardly moving".
I asked this in the other thread, but might as well ask here as well. Did SE mention when they plan to release DQX (the MMO game, not DQXI) on PS4? It was announced, but maybe they quietly canceled it?

Thanks a bunch for the pics. Why no Disney Magic Castle bundle by the way?
