My mind is totally in shambles, 100 hours in and the rug has totally been pulled away from under my feet.
Worst of all no hope for any proper continuation for the story.

Before the release I was working on Scholar of the First Sin, but maybe stuff like Prison Architecht would be better since it's totally different...

I played it for about 100 hours and decided to give it a break as well, but a week later I found myself craving playing it again lol.

Will buy DGQH this weak, Fallout 4 and Battlefront in November.
The Witness in January, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided in february, Uncharted 4 in march and Dark Souls 3 in april.
Looks pretty good.

Cool, not to far from 100% hopefully.
Once I 100% the game I'm gonna grab PlayStation Plus asap so I can finally get going with MGO. Battlefront was actually surprisingly fun, looked pretty amazing visually as well, it's worth giving it a try before the beta ends (either tomorrow or the day after, don't remember exactly when).

MGO dope af. Sleeping gas launchers are the worst thing in any game ever, but other than that the game is amazing. Also, why does the game have three classes when everybody only picks one??????????

They're fun! Except the conversation ones. And the "don't let the bad man attack EVER" in the prologue.

i stopped a little before 70% at 70+ hrs... and i will not be going back to it. I tried some MGO but the lack of dedicated servers or migrating has made my experience pretty bad. You know when 3-5 matches end with disconnect because people left then there is something wrong.
Apart from that, MGO is fun. Got to play some with some Gaf peeps only to be slaughtered lol.

I enjoyed all the Metal Gear Scanlons, but not for V. Kinda boring if there's nothing to look forward to.
I feel the same.
I only watched the first 2 episodes. I may watch more at some point when he gets to the parts with a bit more story.
So it's like the game then.

We all scoffed at Marcus for asking whether or not MGSV was Kojima's magnum opus, but the joke was on us.

Spent a lot of time with MGSV over the weekend and got to mission 34 I think? I definitely completed chapter 1 and a couple of missions after that.
Came to the conclusion that this is most definitely the weakest MGS I've played and it's turned into a complete chore to play too.
The first 10 hours or so were amazing and I was really into it. But after realising how unvaried the missions are and how god awful the story is it's just turned into mindless busywork at this point. Not even sure if I can be arsed to finish it! As others have said it most definitely was unfinished and feels padded out to make the main story feel longer. I don't know if it's just because i'm older but there are some really cringy moments too. Kojimas obsessions with tits and ass is one thing. But that

I agree that this is the worst game to come out this generation, but the jeep scene is one of gaming's greatest moments.

I really liked MGSV... Haven't quite beaten it yet though, so maybe I should withhold judgement until then.
I would love to hear what are your impressions of the game so far.
It's been really interesting seeing peoples impressions as they go from early, mid game to end game. A lot making a full 180 on the game and being disappointed or more of a letdown.
Still.. gameplay wise, the game is great. So do share if you have the time.

I'm at 27-28 mission, so not so far. I love it but... it's too fucking long! More than 40 hours on my clock so before I finish it I could complete all of the previous MGS games
