Ricochet doesn't do anything to Chronos devices and most PS4 players have one.
if you are really a SC fan, you do NOT want current blizzard management to even touch the franchise.

I would argue more in the sense of Destiny style. That would work very well with shooting gunplay mechanics. They did have a Starcraft Battlefield game in development that was very well recieved internally, but it got shut down by the higher ups for the sake of Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 development budgets sadly.
