So did:
- Fuse break Top 100?
If Rick Dees had a countdown for games, Fuse would make it on that list.

Yes, Yes, No.
3DS 60% more than last year???
What happened?
Speculation?
Why doesn't NPD give out sales numbers anymore? Legal reasons?
Does NPD include digital sales?
Game Informer said:The video game industry tracking organization says that sales on total video game content were the same as the first quarter of a year ago, with digital content sales rising.
In the company's Games Market Dynamics: U.S. report, NPD revealed that a total of $3.5 billion had been spent on game content in the first quarter of this year. This figure consists of $1.37 billion spent on physical retail console and PC games, $559 million on used and rental physical games, and $1.59 billion on digital content (including full games, add-ons and expansion packs, subscriptions, mobile games, and social games).
The total spend of $3.5 billion is actually identical to the same quarter in 2012, although digital sales do make up a bigger piece of the pie this year.
what a shitty way to end the generation. nintendo, microsoft, and sony should have had everything ready a year earlier.
IIRC this poster has access to the info.
Insomniac must be shitting themselves lol.
LOL seriously.
As bad as Fuse probably did I wouldn't be surprised to hear of layoffs in the near future.

How do you think Microsoft feels for buying their next game?
Kinda surprised Resident Evil Revelaitons bombed to that degree. I mean, full price was insanity, but still.
Wonder if we'll get a little more WiiU ballpark than >30k. I woulda thought this would be its worst month, but maybe June or July could supply that too.
Yes, Yes, No.
If it means $399 instead of $499 I am okay with it.
They also provided that Animal Crossing sold over 200.000 units in that week. (or shipped)
That's right. That's more likely to be sold digital and retail. In either scenario, it does not guarantee 200k sales in NPD next month.
Not impossible. People satisfied with LEGO City may have jumped on it.Lego Batman 2, I wonder if that is Wii U related as the game on other platforms is very old.
For five days though, that's impressive. That's more likely to be sold digital and retail. In either scenario, it does not guarantee 200k sales in NPD next month.
WiiU < 34K

Finally found the baseline I guess.
Wow, I'm shocked BF3 shot back up into the top 10. Didn't it leave a few months ago? What caused it to shoot back up?

Maybe the reason why Fuse and All4One ended up the way they did is because the top talent was put to work on Sunset Overdrive.
It's a port of a handheld game. Why do people expect it to sell well at $50?
360 was best seller with THOSE numbers?! Rough month indeed.
Nope.
Only once a quarter: http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/...sales-total-3-5-billion-in-first-quarter.aspx
With digital the industry is actually not shrinking.
If this persists the big boys are gonna be in trouble this fall. Especially when one of the consoles is gonna go for $500.00.
How do sony feel with their shit selling worse than microsoft?
Why do you assume a game has to even sell well to be on this chart? I wouldn't be surprised if half of this list is 100k or under
I'm glad RE bombed. Releasing a marginally improved game and charging $50 for it is lunacy.
