People should be intelligent enough to interpret tha as an opinion without the "imo" qualification.
So if stating a fact, do you need to include 'it's a fact'?
Most people are sloppy in their communication.

NPD only accounts for retail sales. There was an Overwatch retail release and it was probably way way behind PS4 and Xbox One.
700K < UC4 (standalone) < 1MSo all we know so far is that UC4 > UC3 first month?
Meaning, UC4 > 700k?
First one sold a few million.Wait, there was a Homefront sequel made?
...Why?
Steamspy lists the total owners for Valkyria at a bit over 800k on Steam.
http://steamspy.com/app/294860
If you have a Steamspy account, you can see that 40% of the owners are from the US on the Geography page.
700K < UC4 (standalone) < 1M
Closer to 1M.
I just noted that The Division is out of TOP TEN................
ouch
So nobody else noticed that The Division isnt even in the top 10 for the month? Talk about a steep sales decline. Its the very definition of a flash in the pan.
Edit:
Ah I see Ryng noticed too.
Uncharted, Doom and Overwatch... What a damn good top 3.
Might be poor wording on my part, but I'm not suggesting that there was a shortage of Xbox One's, but that there is a lower amount of stock than what normally would be there.
Like, if MS is shipping the slim model right now or soon, then there wouldn't be so many Xbox One's in the channel, and why the past 3 weeks are in "sell everything now" mode.
Almost slipping below 100k is alarms going off otherwise. It's what caused MS to axe the Kinect back in 2014.
Just a theory. I can also believe it just sold crap normally, but it's still such a huge drop from April.
700K < UC4 (standalone) < 1M
Closer to 1M.
How do you know it is closer to 1million?
Because if that is real we can safely say it is sitting between 850k and 1M, right?
Standalone software units month 1 of UC4 > standalone software units month 1 of UC3. It isn't even all that close.
I am legit surprised that Uncharted outsold Overwatch.

Why? Pretty obvious most of OW sales are going to be on PC.

Oh whoops, thought you meant PS3. Never mind me then.
Maybe I have to wait for another 5 years before people are comfortable discussing its actual PS3 LTD (which I've never been able to fully nail down and verify) like in the classic NPD threads.
how did you get to that conclusion?

>200k 5 years ago, but don't ask me for a source

It's a blizzard game 7 million users....it did not sell remotely near that much on console. Blizzard fanbase on PC is huge.
Most of OW players are probably Blizzard fans and play on PC, meaning they bought straight from Blizzard.
Also, OW has over 7 million players. I am sure that is more than UC4 and DOOM
We need cream now.
Well, I... wait, recorded 5 years ago? So it took ~2 years post release to reach that...
At least tell me if it is an official NPD number, even if it came from someone else. Pretty pls. ;_;
Valkyria got SHUT OUT.
I guess Aqua leaked everything before Cream had the chance to leak something last month... even so I missed him with LT data for some small games.cream not appeared last month so I don't know if he will give NPD data again. I hope so, but there's also aqua.

We're talking a game that on PC in 2014 curbstomped that year's AssCreed and Cawwadoody on Steam's revenue charts. Was kinda hoping that kind of hype would hold momentum when it came to PS4.
700K < UC4 (standalone) < 1M
Closer to 1M.
Is that aqua the actual aquamarine that was a poster here? I thought she despised chartzzz (if im not mistaken the numbers are being posted there from what i understand?).
Includes the rest of the world like all countries except US.I'm confused. Didn't Sony issue a press release a few weeks ago saying UC4 sold through over 2.4 million copies? Did that include something that's not included in NPD? Digital? Bundles?

2.7 million in one week which included digital. That was WW and this is US only.
Pretty cool to see how NBA2k16 was the number 9 selling game this month and in June is free on PS+
Probably the most relevant retail game given free on PS+ or GWG to date.
That points to pretty good legs, since I believe it was sitting at around 150k in the very public Jan 2009 NPD leak that is still all over the net if you use Google.
Closer to 3 than 2, it had great legs. It may well have carried on some way past that. This is an NPD thread
I have 74k for that number through public lookup. But that leak is not the most reliable because only one site posted it (and everyone cited said site) and it's not a verified one.
She said that changed his mind about chartzzz.

BTW it was 2.7m.
US <> world and it was 2.7 million

http://blog.us.playstation.com/2016/05/23/uncharted-4-first-week-sales-surpass-2-7-million/
I'm not familiar with the statement, but my guess would be global vs NA sales?
Is very reliable, the guy is from cheap ass gamer forum and had access to NPD data.
I thought they requested perm ban here and stop posting data as a condition to keep their day job...
