Fake boobs can be really, really lovely, though.
I've been with a few different ladies that have had varying "degrees"(? I don't know how to word it) of fake breasts. Some were really soft and natural feeling, some were a bit harder.
Also, there seems to be this image that pops into people's heads of these massive balloons attached to the torso of a pretty blonde.
Most of the women I've known with fake breasts were pretty "modestly" sized. I'm talking like B or C cups, although a few have been Ds and bigger. When I was younger, I used to think fake boobs were dumb, but then I grew up and realized that it doesn't matter what I think. Most of the time the woman chooses breast enhancement for her own reasons that aren't even emotely related to "I want a man to find me attractive."
I'm of the opinion that fake breasts are pretty cool. Natural breasts are pretty cool. In the end, it doesn't matter what we think. Some men need to get out of the mentality that their opinion of what is "fitting" for a woman to do and be and look like like and feel are ours to command. (I'm not saying that's what you were doing, but it's a general observation I've made over time). There's this weird and creepy sense of entitlement that a lot of men feel they have over women and their looks, among other things. Hell, the debate over Pro life and Pro choice is one aspect of that in a nutshell.
