Console: Is there any way to disable the 'global' chat? Not nice to log in to see someone spewing some vitriol about "those f***ing Muslim n*****s" - censorship my own. I usually have these kinds of chats disabled ("shout" in FFXIV is one in particular I turn off), for just this reason.

Do skills provided via support stack with the hero skills?

I have a soldier with Quick Clip (+40% reload speed), and I'm wondering if it's worth using Support Specialist Hawk for his Quick Clip support skill (+20% reload speed).

It should stack unless it says otherwise. I can't say for certain though. I know one support bonus says it doesn't stack with the skill if you have it (power modulation I think).

I also am not sure how reload speed stacks. Could be worth trying out.

1 thing im starting to notice is that a lot of the hardcore players, really are friend invested.

If your like me Yolo Solo, this game doesnt really benefit you.
What I mean is more personal friend who couch co-op this for shits n giggles every night with their boys or girls get a lot of it.

The dude who was mad generous talked to me about him and 2 other buddies have 9-12 Legendary schematics between them.

They share everything, 1 guy has the Rocket Launcher, while other has Legendary Wall spikes and they trade among themselves, while 1 guy farms material in down time to cover everyone's expenses

So you see those 3 carry along and reach higher levels quicker due to this

Wish i had friends like this =/ to play daily with

Game becomes more fun when you chat and goof off, yet dont feel resource burn, cause everyone shares

We are NeoGAF! We should be able to do this better than anyone, right? Maybe we can coordinate something along the same lines?

That being said, I only have a legendary medium ax. I'm happy to craft it for anyone who wants it (until I run out of mats)! I'll let ya'll know when I get a sweet roll on a god tier weapon.

I can craft ya pl 49 pistol and a sniper Shotty

That sniper Shotty is way too OP for its own good, The Shredder

When you dome enemies especially those laser tall fuck and hit them for 6000+ on critical headshot or 4,000+ on basic, shit is beautiful
I'm talking me being pl 25 and them eing 34-40+

I got a 60 power shredder, 67 power semi-auto sniper, 72 power pistol.

Shredder is strong as hell, but it has such a long reload time being it's main downside. It has a huge clip at least since I have +45% mag size.

The pistol is super strong though. It also has a 32 round clip and almost 50% crit chance.

I have a couple other epics at lvl 20 with 2* but focusing on getting the sniper to 25 for the energy damage/10% damage bonus. After that I might start focusing on getting some traps to lvl 10-20 cause I have like 4 good ones that are level 5 or below and still feel pretty strong.

To be fair I play solo and had more than 10 legendary schematics not so long ago and don't play daily. I'd have probably had more but I melted 5 for another mystic, which I've only got 3 of right now and ones a sledgehammer :(

You can easily get a vast arsenal solo though. Right now I'm boosting my triple tap mystic sniper, that's where the time really goes is grinding for the xp to level them. Once you get into tier 3 it really slows down, but you should be able to get a good selection to level 20 while in Plankerton and they're plenty good enough even for early Canney Valley.

No, I've constantly complained to devs about it but nothing gets done. Make sure you send this as in game feedback since they claim they read everything.

How are you melting legendary for mythics? Mythic transform keys? How are you getting those?

You mean canny valley? Cause I completed all of plankerton and got zero of them. But in plankerton you do get 4 legendary transform keys (1 melee, 1 ranged, 1 survivor and 1 hero).

I think you might have the rarities mixed up, I'm not seeing any mythic rewards in canny valley either.

Ah, I've got mixed up with rarities again, was thinking of legendaries which puts my current count at 5 since I forgot a pistol. Why they thought using 2 slightly different shades of orange as the last two tiers is so far beyond me.

The update isn't til tomorrow eastern, but it might not hit. They're saying delay at this point but it could still come out tom.

Live stream for the update info is still going. AFAIK no patch notes yet.

Ah ok, hopefully the patch does make it, could kinda do with something new since the burnout is setting in at Canny Valley. Also I feel like the game owes me it at this point since I've just had a second massive spider fall on my face while playing this in one day... better make it devs or I'm blaming that on you XD

Yeah, plus they got modifiers like exploding husks. I didn't catch the entire stream though. Waiting on beloved patch notes which flak says won't be coming tonight. Sigh.

But a lot of the stuff sounded and looked great. Like a lot more mission rewards and it looked like every mission you do with a timed reward gives you storm tickets for llamas, basically letting you farm llamas.

Some of the modifiers are simply evil. like that one where damage is shared. Your constructor "Oh, this hurt, I have lost half my life". *all ninjas dead*

Apparently theres a limit of 10 games / day for special storm missions. We can't left behind all the retarded phone games shit.

It really looks like a Fortnite 1.1 more than just a patch. It seems to upgrade many things in every level of the game. Can't wait for the patch notes.

This seems to be the case. From what I can tell you upgrade it to the maximum level and then it has two choices of evolution paths from there. At least that's kinda what it looks like from the menus.

Definitely a weird move re: ninja balance. I'm not sure it was necessary. I'm only power 19 though and there could be some kind of niche optimal strat I'm missing.

Changing up explosive weapon rolls to remove +durability is also a strange choice. I get what they were going for -- lots of damage, minimal uses. But most of the community seems to be up in arms against it.

Ninjas stars are amazing, don't get me wrong there. My hero doesn't have all the bonuses but he throws 5 piercing ninja stars. The damage it can do is really high. I just don't get why they focused on nerfing ninja when, from afaik, they aren't that viable in the end game already and mostly why nerf the damage and headshot damage if they are also nerfing the piercing.

I think the best ninja star throwing tosses 6 stars and they do poison damage afterwards.

Maybe they did need to get toned down, but by like 25% damage + 50% headshot damage AND piercing nerf to 3 max? Seems like they should have just done the piercing thing.

Don't like this. They had actually said (in Dev Update #3?) that we could horde them.

Also, makes it sounds like any extra coins will be lost, which probably isn't a big deal but kinda stinks.

Sorry for the double post but just thought I'd mention the update is confirmed for today now. Recently posted an update on their forums saying to watch SM channels for an eta on downtimes so I guess the bugs are solved and just picking a slot now.

Edit: Had a bunch of different llamas to open, so not sure which one, but one went gold and I got my first mythic: a lead engineer.

Edit: Think thank actually. The Engineer was legen ... wait for it ... dary.

Yet, they nerfed her. I'm absolutely certain that nerf was mainly for her. They really didn't want her dominating Stonewood and Plankerton apparently. Stupid change too considering Ninjas are still in a terrible place.

Why is all the new stuff limited time only? Shouldn't they be adding more permanent content? Or if this just a ploy to get you to buy llamas to try and get this stuff asap?
