I think I read that a mod showed up in December to add FSR3

Honest question:

What makes you think PT will run at decent framerates on RDNA2/3 GPUs? RT is already struggling enough... maybe RDNA4 will change this, but I expect more with UDNA/PS6.

I agree about FSR/XeSS though, ideally Microsoft's DirectSR should become the norm.

I’ve played it on a 7800XT. It works fine and looks great with just RTGI. Pathtracing isn’t needed.

Still it could use both FSR4 and XeSS

Jesus fucking Christ....I was waiting to finish the game after the long awaited Update 3 dropped expecting a more polished product and better visuals....but

Bethesda...what the fuck happened. Performance not only didn't improve, but Frame Generation is still 100% broken and I am getting framerates in the low 10s. Once I turn off DLSS and switch to TAA and/or disable Frame gen. The game runs in the 80s, which is a far cry from the 180s I was getting prior.

The ultra low latency bug is still present.

On top of that, because they implemented a fucking god awful save system, my saver got corrupted and I lost several hours of progress from save rollback.

I just dont fucking get it. I was so hyped about this game, but it would be nice to play a game and shit just work right....

How were you expecting the visuals to upgrade after an update? The game looks gorgeous and runs flawless sounds like a rig problem.

The only thing still truly pissing me off is the fact that saves keep breaking.

It's a good game and all that, and I was lucky enough to play it with the lovely path tracing enabled. But when all is said and done, I still wished they'd have made it more like a classic Uncharted third person action adventure.

I can agree with that.. But yea what they did was really good, game is pretty top notch

Are you saving through gamepass xbox app or steam? Might be worth saving a few slots every time you hit the save point.

How the hell do you save a few slots? The game is one giant autosave.
