I've had the same issue, but it fixed itself. Try repairing your client.
Click the ?How do I do that? I tried clicking the little gear symbol in the client but there was no option to repair.

That seems like an outright nerf to getting any sort of burst damage out of Nautilus, which was one of the nice things about him.
