Any word about first shipment or retailer demand numbers for SSBB yet?
And thus, Bye bye FFV and VI DS. Not that I'm complaining there. Enough with the remakes already.Pureauthor said:Bye bye, FFIV.
No no no no no no no. I will cry if FFV doesn't see a remake.Magicpaint said:Galaxy!

I know. I'm just angry the game isn't selling well, it's a very well done remake. And I blame the FF fatigue effect. So in that sense, I don't want a FFV/VI DS.gkrykewy said::lol :lol
Come on.

PS3 is kind of dead in Japan isn't it?
Why are you asking the obvious,do you see any releases for the past few weeks?norinrad21 said:Galaxy is back

It'll be Nintendo's Book Collection then, thanksPureauthor said:Some sort of language thing.
Edit: Apparently it's literature. :/

120k+ in JP with no new games to speak of is impressive and exceeds expectations.

Well yeah, but that's part of the problem. FFIV is a very well done remake, but this remake would probably have sold a lot better had there not been so many FF branded titles between FFIII and its release that likely diluted its impact.Diablos54 said:Hey, it's better than most of the crap Square put out these days...
I think given how close their releases were and the possibility that a lot of people would feel compelled to play the first game before or after jumping into the second works in the favour of the first game.slaughterking said:Layton 1 selling more than half of what Layton 2 is doing. <:

Why something sells bad doesn't change that it's selling bad.
Layton 1 selling more than half of what Layton 2 is doing.
Messing around with Joshua's charting, Layton 2 is a bit past the number Layton 1 reached before its resurrection. Lots of audience expansion going on, most likely.Magicpaint said:I think given how close their releases were and the possibility that a lot of people would feel compelled to play the first game before or after jumping into the second works in the favour of the first game.
Call of Duty 4 (of all games) appearing in the charts for a month isn't good? Most games don't have Wii <title> or Mario <title> or DS casual game legs you know.schuelma said:I don't think its that horrible, if they can actually maintain that.
Far more worrying IMO is the total lack of PS3 software selling.
